WYP系統
素人瑜伽教育單位(WYP)擁有超過20年的國際實踐與訓練經驗。
由兩位國際資深瑜伽老師共同研發創立的WYP素人瑜伽系統,根據一般大眾不同的身體架構、條件,將體式逐步拆解,並以個人化的方法,幫助練習者與自我的身心整合。
這套瑜伽系統不強調動作的完整達成,而是在過程中透過有覺知的呼吸,連結當下的身心狀態,進而調整,達到有意識的調理身體,精神和情緒的需求。
這套系統讓學員在練習的當下可以直接獲得內外不同層次變化的體驗,例如:肌肉、關節、筋膜..等放鬆、強化與延展。
The Education Unit of (WYP) has more than 20 years of international practice and training experience. The WYP yoga system was jointly developed and founded by two international senior yoga teachers from Singapore and Taiwan. They gradually disassembled the asanas according to the general public's different body structures and conditions and used personalised methods to help practitioners integrate with their bodies and minds. This yoga system does not emphasise the complete achievement of movement. Still, conscious breathing connects to the present state of mind and body and then adjusts to achieve conscious physical, mental and emotional needs. This system allows students to directly experience different levels of internal and external changes in the present moment of practice, such as muscles, joints, fascia, and so on, relax, strengthen and stretch.
