
2002年因緣際會,Carol 在朋友的介紹下接觸了第一堂瑜伽課-艾式瑜伽(B.K.S Iyengar Yoga)。此後,瑜伽改變她過去12年身為舞者對身體有不同的認知外,也展開了她對生命內在的探索,陪伴她走過幾次人生的重要挑戰,至今她仍在學習的路上向前行。
Carol 致力將瑜伽和生命的智慧整合,她在教學中引導學生向內看自己,並把瑜伽練習融入生活中實踐,至今已邁進第23年。
近年她專注在正念的修習 。她的教學風格著重在呼吸和體位法的協調,及身心靈的擴展,平和深具力量。
In 2002, by a stroke of fate, Carol was introduced to her first yoga class, (B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga), through a friend's recommendation. Since then, yoga has not only transformed her understanding of the body, shaped by 12 years as a dancer but also initiated her journey of inner exploration. Throughout this path, yoga has accompanied her through several life challenges. Now, she is still moving forward on the road of learning.
Carol is dedicated to integrating the wisdom of yoga and life. In her teaching, she guides students to look within and incorporate yoga practice into their daily lives. She has now been on this journey for 23 years.
In recent years, she has focused on mindfulness practice. Her teaching style emphasises the harmony between breath and asana and the expansion of body, mind, and spirit, peaceful yet deeply powerful.

學員不難在 Leong 的教學風格中體會到濃濃的人文關懷。課程在設計上著重幫助學生更容易的掌握瑜伽練習,並且通過對肢體多方面的開發來增强瑜伽的養生效果。

Leong 鼓勵 "以人為本" 的瑜伽, 而非以體位法為本的瑜伽。他相信在一個安全、有趣的框架下,讓身與心互動交流、和諧、沉澱是一件美好的事情。
23 years in sharing therapeutic programs that help thousands fall in love with Yoga. Leong has worked with people from Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific, and is always flexible in providing programs that address different cultures, body types and fitness levels.
From the words of mouths of his satisfied customers throughout these years he was honoured by some good opportunities to extend his services to companies like Pure Yoga, Nokia Siemens, People's Association, NTU Singapore, ST Engineering, BD Medical, Thomson Medical, Raffles Junior College, and many more.
People find his classes engaging and fun, and they always feedbacked that the classes improve their wellbeing and energy levels.
Leong takes care of everybody that comes into the classes. All the classes are being planned and delivered in a way that participants' body alignment and health are the main concerns of the practices, not about getting the perfect posture you see in a yoga picture or on YouTube.

早在 70 年代末,兒時的威廉就已經在印度鄰居的啟發下不知不覺地走進了瑜珈的世界。當時他並不知道自己學習的 “運動” 其實就是瑜珈姿勢和練習。直到 2004 年,一次的膝蓋受傷,讓他真正意識到練習瑜珈的重要性與益處。
為了深化他的瑜伽知識與練習,威廉前前後後接受了各種精進式的瑜伽修煉,如阿斯坦加串聯瑜伽、陰瑜伽和療法等不同瑜伽流派。這些訓練不僅在2006年開啟了威廉的教學之路,並讓他發現他對瑜珈傳播的使命與承諾。因此多年來,他也不吝嗇費心訓練和指導了許多瑜珈老師。
因此他熱衷於幫助更多的人接觸瑜伽,並引導他們踏上自我發現之旅。
William unknowingly began his journey into yoga at a very tender age in the late 1970s. His Indian neighbour exposed him to simple yoga postures and practices without referring to it as yoga. It wasn't until a knee injury in 2004 that he was able to practice yoga consistently.
He started teaching yoga in 2006 after going through intensive yoga training to learn the different lineages of yoga such as Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, and therapy. These trainings have deepened his understanding and reinforced his commitment to practising and teaching yoga. Over the years, he has also taught and mentored many teachers.
As he has experienced many benefits from the practice of yoga, he is committed to helping as many in their journey of self-discovery. It's his passion to make yoga as accessible as possible to all.
